I filled a chocolate cake with Oreo cookies and cream filling for a Birthday Party. I told the customer a couple of times that the cake needed to be refrigerated but when I left, I heard her say that she wanted to leave it set up on the table. The party was still 2 and a half hours a way. Does that spell disaster? icon_surprised.gif

What was it made out of? Did you mix the cookies with buttercream or whipping cream? There's a bit of a difference in how long the two last.

That one doesn't do well sitting out. If it was only 2 hours though it should be okay. You did tell her, and she didn't listen. Dumb!

Hopefully they cut the cake right away.

I was afraid of that. Thanks. I just hope it didn't start oozing.
