How long can I keep a cake frozen. I done an order for a baby shower and was also going to do a small cake for the parents as a surprise. However, I did not have the time. so, I thought that when the baby is born I would drop it off at the hospital. I froze the cake on the third and she is due the tenth of April.

I have heard of people freezing a cake for as long as a year... so I think you're good.

cake, no frosting, should be ok frozen for about 6 months without a problem.
