I made my mmf ahead of time like suggested. So when you're ready to use it, would it be alright to be set out of the refridgerator for a couple hours to get room temp? Or is microwaving for a good 10 or more seconds the way to go?

I keep my MMF at room temp. abd then I zap it for about 15 seconds and then 10 seconds more from ther until it gets to the consistancy I want it.

Take it out of the fridge and leave it out. It appears that the most common complaint is this makes the MMF really dry and hard to handle. If this turns out to be the case slwoly and carefully work some Crisco into it.

It's just sugar and some water so there is nothing that will go 'bad' so you really don't need to store it in the fridge. Just be sure to keep it in an airtight container and you will be fine!

Hope this helps!
