Ok...so everytime I go to order gold or silver dragees (Sp?), edible glitter, gold flakes, luster dusts, ...all the really cool stuff...the websites always say...not for sale or distribution in California!!!!!!! What the-----!!!
Are we just destined to be left out of using these cool decorating techniques or what???? I'm REALLY sad!!!!

I used to live in California last year and I had the same problem. A lawyer from California started the lawsuit. Said the silver was toxic. He is suing business that are selling them.There are some articles on the internet about it. California always has their own set of rules. I would image you would have to eat tons of Dragees for them to harm you. Most people don't eat them because they are to hard.
