I'm making a Darth Vader cake today. It is going to have an edible image, but the problem is that the cake is going to have to be 1/2 sheet and the edible image that I was given to put on the cake is about the size for an 8" cake. I bought 2 action figures to help fill in, but I was thinking of doing something like laser beams or something on the top. Any ideas how I can do this? I don't have an airbrush.

Or anyone with a better idea, please help. I am making this cake TODAY!!
The colors in the edible image are mostly black, but there is red, orange, yellow and it shows obi-wan and darth vader in battle with their light sabers.

Thanks in advance,
Cindy

why not just pipe in some of the sword thingies.....sabers yeah.....just pipe some little ones around the cake or something for decoration.....or maybe you could find an image and do little black shadow figures out of fondant or fbct or something??? Somebody on here did a cake with some and it looked really cool...let me see if I can attatch it.

You could do what was suggested & pipe the light sabers, etc & you could stripe your bag with red, yellow & orange & make fire around the outer edges where you need to fill in some space.
