I bought Americolor electric pink but it was still too light, so I added a little purple. Now I have to throw out almost two batches of icing. What do I use for a good hot pink for a little girl's cake?

I really like Wilton's Rose for a bright pink. A great color and doesn't take alot of it to get a nice bright shade.

I also use Americolor electric pink and it's perfect. Let it set a bit and see, then add more pink if needed.
