How about one of those wonder mold pan cakes but instead of a Barbie on top, a porcelain doll with an antique dress. Or maybe even a cake that is made to look like a doll dress out of 9"x13" pan. OOO, or a elegantly decorated round cake with a small doll on top as the center piece.
