I mostly do desserts, ie: cakes, pies, gourmet cookies, brownies, etc. I don't decorate so much anymore. I am interested in wholesaling to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I have a person who wants to be my sales rep (to get contracts for cake orders). Does anyone know what the industry standard would be on how to pay this person? TIA
