Coffee Cake Or Coffee Flavored Cake???

I need some help. My friend asked me to make her wedding cake, and she wants a groomscake. I made one last year. Just a small tiered yellow cake with chocolate ganache frosting and chocolate covered strawberries. Well she wants something like that but she wants either a coffee flavored cake with cream cheese filling and chocolate frosting or a coffee cake with like cinnamon and brown sugar with the cream cheese filling and chocolate frosting. Does anyone have any recipes for the cake? I have a cream cheese filling but will this all go together? Please tell me what you think!

I have read many times of CC members using the coffeemate flavors to get the coffee flavor in a cake or frosting=) Hopefully one will chime in here with the exact recipe they use!
