I'm making lemon bars and I only have two eggs and it calls for three. What can I replace the missing egg with? I can't run to the store because the baby is asleep and I wanted to get them done now.

Thanks

with a little extra water... I think about 3 tbsp water and 1 tsp powder should replace an egg...
