My bc roses keep sliding off the nail. I've been keeping my hand cool and my frosting cool, so.....any suggestions what might be wrong?

are you "gluing" the wax paper down with a dab of frosting?

I didn't use wax paper. Maybe that's the problem. I'll try again

If you use small squares of wax paper on your flower nail, you can pop the roses in a tupperware container and freeze them for future use. Frankly, I think they're so much easier to place on the cake frozen that I always freeze them for at least 30 minutes before popping them on the cake.

Good luck!

Tried the wax paper and they slid off of that also. Maybe the frosting is too soft or something. I can try making it a bit stiffer next time. I did manage to get a few nice ones that I put in the freezer but it was a challenge to keep them on the nail.
