Didn't see this anywhere, but I assume it's a no brainer. How do I store Royal Icing...fridge or on the shelf?

I always store mine in the fridge if i need it a bit longer and it's going to be eaten. Then i just bring it back to life with some water. If it's not going to be eaten or i'm using it right away i leave it out. icon_biggrin.gif

Hi Penny sue,
If it's made with meringue powder you can keep it in a tightly covered container on the counter. If it is made with egg whites you'll need to refrigerate it again tightly covered.

I made it with meringue powder and I'm going to use it tomorrow, so I'll leave it out. Thanks to you both for a quick answer!!
P.S.
