For the last day of the support group from my stop smoking class. It's a church group, who have used prayer and faith to stop smoking. Yes, it worked for me! After 18 years I'm smokefree for the first time without pills and patches! Anyway, there are about 25 people. My DH wants me to make a lung, which I've seen a pic of on CC, but I don't care for that idea. I don't want to make it too much of a religous thing, but want something mixed with both in it.
TIA
What about making a sheet cake resemble a pack of cigarettes or a no smoking sign? Maybe you can make the no smoking ring look like a halo with wings instead of a circle with a line in it. Sorry, having a hard time getting my idea to come out of my typing fingers, LOL!!
Congratulations to you and your church group!
First of all, congrats to you and your group for quitting! I know you all must be very proud and excited. I found a couple of images I thought might work for you. The first is a regular no smoking sign as smileyface suggested. The next is one that I think has a little personality to it. HTH!

THANKS the pic's and idea are good! I found a picture of a gun (which I won't use) with a saying I liked. It said, "If your smoking, you'd better be on fire!" Smileyface I thought your idea sound cool. Might try try to tie em togeather.
At one time I did a cross stitch with the same saying - if you're smoking you'd better be on fire. I put a picture of a fire extinguisher on it.
