I'm doing a wedding cake in a couple of months, and the couple wants white chocolate fondant. Does anyone know how to make this or have any suggestions? Does this even exist? Im so confused. Please help!

I know you can add regular chocolate to premade (wilton) fondant, so I don't see why you couldn't do the same thing with white chocolate.

Becky is right. Choco-Pan is delicious and I know Country Kitchen sells it on line. I'm not sure how to make it..I always have trouble making anything with white chocolate myself but I love the taste.

I gotta try this Choco-Pan stuff and MMF if you are all saying it's good... I hate the taste and texture of regular fondant. Sure would be nice to find something people will like to eat and not peel off the cake. icon_biggrin.gif
