Since my cake is filled with chocolate pudding, do I have to keep it in the fridge?

Thanks,

I would, since pudding is made with milk. Sorry, I bet you were looking for a "no". It is so much easier when you don't have to find space in the fridge.

You can let it sit out for a bit before you serve it so the cake isn't cold. I just wouldn't leave it out for extended periods of time because of the dairy. HTH
