When you make a 2 layer cheesecake for a birthday cake do you put a graham cracker crust on both layers? If not, what would you use for a crust on the one layer or would you just make it without the crust? How could I make a one layer cheesecake that would come out tall? Anyone have any good recipes for it?

Sorry, I don't have a recipe for you.

I had a three tiered wedding cake made out of cheesecake. Each layer had a graham cracker crust, with a cream cheese frosting (border around the top to keep the cherrie sauce in). They were on a floating stand, so they weren't touching one another at all.

Oh, let me try to describe this better. They frosted the sides of the cheesecake with a cream cheese frosting and then added the border on the top.
