I would like to make some candy shaped like bowling pins and wondered how far in advance I can make these. Also what is the best way to store them?

Thanks

I can't answer your question, but my family is big into bowling, and I love your idea. Good luck

If you are talking about molded chocolates, you can make them anytime. they have a shelf life of a year or so.

Sure. I put all my molded chocolates in individual cello bags at room temp.

Thanks - I don't want to put in individual bags but at least I can put in tupperware type container and just put some paper between.
