Hello everyone icon_biggrin.gif

I used the MMF on a three tiered dummy cake and to me it looks like it has an off-white tint to it. When I made the MMF I only used water, marshmallows and the powdered sugar (I left out the vanilla). Is there anything I could add to it to keep it bright white? You can see the off-white look in the orchid cake in my album.

Thanks everyone,

Rochelle

Nice cake!

Wilton sells a white food colouring to whiten up just this sort of stuff.
