How To Use Almond Emulsion??

I usually use Almond Extract; however, ever since the hurricane I cannot find "good" almond extract anywhere - not even Wilton brand. I found some Almond Emulsion (8 oz).............but........... don't know how to use it? icon_cry.gif Please help!

Never mind! I searched and found post from Sept 2005 and answered all my questions........ I am off to find extract. icon_smile.gif
