I emailed her to ask how she does the toile cakes....I'm thinking she must have an overhead projector to get the pattern onto the cake? Her cakes are soooo smooth! Maybe she does the upside down icing technique found here....she could be a member for all I know!! lol

Those are gorgeous cakes, what a coincidence I'm doing a cake in pink and green and was wondering if the combination would look nice, but I just saw a beautiful cake with those colors , thank you.

Nicholas Lodge has a dvd for $20 that shows how to do the toile cakes, or you can get it on vhs for $15.
