I was wondering if I could substitute eggnog for the milk needed in a cake mix. My scratch cakes aren't very consistant so I wanted to go the easy route if I could. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

that's a great idea!! What's to stop one from testing it out?? Maybe you could even do an eggnog filling. YUMMM!!!

Ok, if it sounds ok, then I'm going to try it. At first I was going to do an eggnog cake with eggnog filling, but I decided to do cake balls instead. Thanks.
