Can you use powdered sugar instead of cornstarch to dust your working surface? Just realized I don't have any cornstarch. Have plenty of powdered sugar though. Thanks!

You can use powdered sugar, you'll probably just have to use more of it and lift and turn your fondant more as you're rolling. Corn starch gets rid of the stickiness fast while powdered sugar has a tendency to turn sticky itself.
