Does anybody know the difference between Americolor's "red-red" and "just red"?
I imagine one is brighter and one is deeper.

It's very very red....deep like, kind of like "Christmas no taste Red" of Wiltons.... "just red" is primary red color.....

I've only used Red-red and it's great. It doesn't take much to get red, no aftertaste and great color. I can use a little and get pink or more and get the prettiest deep primary red color. I'm not sure what the difference between just Red and Red-red is but I'm sticking with the Red-red.
