First, I want to thank PennieK whose original version of this I used as my inspiration. When I contacted her to let her know I'd love to use many of her ideas, she was gracious and encouraging. I recreated her cake for a competition in which I must incorporate horses. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer one year ago so this is a theme close to my heart. The carousel is a chocolate mold; however, I used gumpaste instead. Thanks for looking!
