I had so much fun with this one. The boy was turning 10 and wanted a dale Jr. car. The car is plain old chocolate (since the boy doesn't really like cake). The grand stand is triple chocolate with rasp. filling and white chocolate bc. The peeps and signs are sugar cookies frosted in royal icing.
