This was my first attempt of a topsy turvy cake. I didn't get the effect I really wanted (as almost falling down) but it was fun to do! As usual done by me and my girls. In fact, the birthday girl to whom the cake was done, did a lot on it (all the hearts, balls and glitter spread were done by her). She turned 6 years old :-) I didn't want a big cake, so I used pound cake to avoid using dowels and cake boards.
