It's made from marshmallow fondant - there's a recipe on this site. It's all I use, b/c it's cheap, easy to make, easy to work with, and it tastes SO much better than the commercially made fondants.

Oh, and you'll find a TON of great ideas on this site. I've been adicted ever since I joined. :)

ooppps I did look at the category the picture was in. I found this from your profile not from the picture gallery. I was looking at your pictures because I had seen your forum about the castle cake and decided to look at your photos. Your cakes are gorgeous by the way. Thank you for posting them. :oops:
