My First Chocolate Cake
What a horrible experience. This was my first chocolate cake from a doctored cake mix. It was very crumbly to start. I also made chocolate buttercream icing for the first time. Too thick. It wouldn't stick to my cake!!! Somehow I managed to get in on. I was too fed up to make another batch of icing so I decorated it in chocolate buttercream as well. It is two 8" rounds torted with raspberry filling. It's just for my family and I'm sure it's delicious.
Looks YUMMY! If your Iceing is to thick you can always add a bit of milk at a time untill it is the way you like it..Just a thought
