Hearts And Ribbon
This is a wedding cake I just finished today at the bakery. It's all buttercream & the bride supplied the fabric ribbon. I used satin rose icing for the roses, b/c I guess it holds up better than buttercream. It was definitely stiffer and my hand is sore! :-)

This is a very nice cake i loke the color too, my question is what is satin rose icing? :oops:
we have little buckets of satin rose icing at work -- it's a lot more stiff than regular bc :)
