use ready-made sugar cookie dough the kind in a log, cut off 1/4 of it an kneed with 1tbs of coco powder roll out flat and wrap around the remaining log of dough.Place into freezer for 10 minutes so it is easy to slice. Cut into 1/4" pieces place on cookie sheet 2" apart and form into bread shapes. Cook until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes. At this time use your spatula to square off the bottom and reshape before they cool. After they harden move to wire rack to cool completely. Then fill.
