MMF, Vanilla/Coconut cream with passion fruit filling. Middle layer was Cocolate with Baileys Irish Cream filling. IMBC. This is the one that was giving me such fits with the humidity! It stayed kind of soft, and got a little bumpy....but, I got an enormous amount of compliments from the wedding guests on the design and the taste! This was my nephews wedding, so we were in attendance. Whew! I'm glad it's over....I have a WHOLE new appreciation for those of you who live in humid places!
