A young bride came to me to make this cake, but the color was a great challenge! It took me a while to match the color but I finally did it! Three tiered square BC wedding cake. 14" tier coconut cake with pina colada filling, 10" tier milk chocolate cake with caramel creme filling, 8" tier raspberry creme cake with chocolate BC filling. Fondant Bow! I was leery about this cake while making it, but pleased with it in the end.
