Course 3 Final
The temperature was in the nineties so my fondant was a little difficult. I'm happy with my design, but the execution, particularly on the top layer isn't what I had hoped to achieve. Five months after starting, I'm still having a lot of fun and learning with every cake.
I like this, it's very striking.
