The picture looks like the cake is crooked, but it wasn't. In fact it was one of the levelest cakes I've ever made. But the colorway was the thing I liked the best- the icing wasn't tinted at all- just made the Class Buttercream icing with the butter flavored Crisco and it was an absolutely beautiful shade of yellow.
