This is my very first FBCT. 11 x 15 carrot cake filled with BC mixed with carmel & walnuts, frosted in BC. Just a practice cake made for hubby to take to work, his boss & wife have friendly feud over their drivers. This was one big HUGE FBCT, it was the size of the top of the cake. Was afraid I would damage one of the #'s if it was done in two pieces. The side was done by cutting little squares in wax paper and using Wilton Black spray coloring
