thank you for the comments the color I mixed was actually a grey but when I applied it to the cake and it dried it looked more of a blue. To put the design on the cake I freehand painted it on the fondant with food colors.
Absolutely beautiful! And I love the red flowers with the light blue. Makes the cake pop!
