actually no, I didn't place. I don't think the judges knew what they were looking at. I guess they were unfamiliar with pastillage. this was not easy to do, I don't think I'll be doing anything like this anytime soon.
I can't believe this didn't win. Obviously, they haven't worked with pastillage, as they would have KNOWN how much work is involved in something like this! I have to say, this is the most difficult figurine I have ever seen! You amaze me!!!!!!
