Barbecue Cake With Rolled Buttercream
I saw this as a Father's Day idea, but we had a friend's birthday party that we were going to that was a BBQ, so I did it for that instead. The dark stuff is chocolate rolled buttercream. The hotdogs, hamburgers and cheese are regular rolled buttercream. I painted the lines on the hot dogs with colored paste. I drew the grill grates and wrote with buttercream icing.

It's rolled buttercream. It's actually a little too greasy if you ask me!

The recipe is on this site. It's pretty easy to work with.
I have no idea what colors I used. I started with mostly red and a little yellow for the hot dogs, then orange for the cheese. I just keep adding more of one or the other to make the color better.
