Asian Theme Petit Fours

These are white cake with a raspberry jam filling. These were my first ever, and boy did I learn a lot and learn what NOT to do. They were fun. I used the poured fondant recipe from this site, but found when you tint the color, it gets darker as you go. I used gold luster dust.
