Those are really incredible- is it cake or the traditional sugar skulls? I wanted to do something like this for a friend but I am no where near to having that kind of skill. Excellent!
I used skull molds that I bought in Mexico but I think you can find them here, then I used the sugar recipe from Wilton it;s just sugar water & meringue powder then I packed it in to molds let it set a few seconds then turned them on to a small board then when harden alitte I scooped out center then let them dry over night and with royal icing i put the two parts together and decorated.
