Cake was done for a Mother's Day cake auction. Crown is made of blown sugar, pastiallge, with a royal icing ermine over fondant covered cake.

The hearts were piped with a number 3 tip.
How did you do the lettering? I love it! Great job on this cake!
The letters were made with color flow. I used my handy dandy word processor and picked out a font, printed it out. Put it under wax paper and then piped them. The hardest part was waiting 48 hours for the letters to dry. I also did it in triplicate insurance against breakage. Sure enough I broke the first queen.
