this was made for a girl at working switching departments. It was pinapple cake with baviarian creme filling and coconut buttercreme icing. It was a hude hit, but learned must put core in 12 in sq. pan. still need work on my buttercreme roses. don't know why i struggle with them so much. should have left out flower in lower left corner, but felt the need to "fill in"
