This was a 4 tier wedding cake done 6/18/06. The cake was white or chocolate cake with fresh fruit fillings. The icing is all buttercream(I used the crusting buttercream recipe from this site). The scrolls on the cake were hand piped with the same buttercream. There is black ribbon at the base each tier with a pearl buttercream border below the ribbon. My bride loved her cake :) !
