Golden Anniversary
Buttercream with fresh flowers. This was the first wedding cake I ever did back in June 04, actually it was for my grandparent's 50th anniversary. I was sooo nervous! I had to travel 50 miles with it and I think I held my breath the whole way. Once I was there I made the entire room be silent while I set it up and I still got the top tier on backwards - but I was too afraid to move it again! Seems silly now :)
I should also mention that the gold is just purchased strings of drop beads
I understand how you must have felt! I made a wedding cake for my Grandparent's 70th Anniversary and had about 50 miles to transport it. I went around 30 mph the whole way and was in tears by the time I got there!!!! Yours is so beautiful!!! Good job!! ;-D
