I Love My Mom
I get to see my mom about once a year, and she and my younger brother are in town until tomorrow. She had a gastric bypass and can't eat much sweets, so it is a 4"x6" filled with lemon pudding and iced with Pastry Pride.

What a very 'Sweet' way to share your love. Good choice using the Pastry Pride...much lighter. You also have a good evenly spaced shell border. ;-D
