Fondant Strawberry Cake
This was my first cake using Satin Ice and I LOVE IT. I will never use MMF or Wilton again..this stuff is terrific! This is a really a confirmation cake. It has strawberry filling in side (Thanks cakeladies for recommending the pastry strawberry! It worked perfect!) Hand made fondant flowers, which I love doing. I wish more people ordered them, instead of roses! Grin.

I used a fondant mold and used shortening to kind of cover the seams. I love molds!!
