My grandpa turned 73 in April, and he loves horses...I used store bought frosting, swoops candy for the ears (I piped white icing in it), and I toasted Coconut for the main, and used green coconut for the green. My husband and brother wanted me to use red coconut to recreate that Godfather scene, My grandpa loved it lol
