Watermelon Cupcake
These were for a watermelon themed 1st birthday for my niece's daughter. Pink was the main color so I went with a soft pink frosting. The "seeds" are mini chocolate chips. Vanilla cupcake tinted with green food coloring. Pretty basic cupcake design but were a big hit!
I forgot to add...the frosting was also watermelon flavored! I discovered a recipe that uses (of all things), Kool-aid. Definitely different - but very tasty.
