I apologize to all of you because of technical problems with the posting this cake. It was already posted a few days ago, but when I wanted to edit it, somehow I erased ir. Cake for my daughter's birthday. Alenka graduated university, got a permanent job, live in love and harmony with the amazing young man and his parents, dear and honest people. Looks like she reach her star. The cake is made of two parts. One is chocolate torte with dark chocolate ganache and the other is a coffee cake & hazelnuts with cream of coffee. It is covered with dark fondant. Stars are made by sprinkle edible white color, bright star is a small LED with battery imprint in the cake, a figure of a girl is made of gum paste.
