This was for a little one who turned 1 year's old on November 13th & he was celebrating with 60 members of his family & friends. He was even dressed in full MM regalia. This is his 3 tier B-D cake, The hat was an apple cake with fresh apples & cinnamon, the middle tier was our signature chocolate cake with chocolate fudge & a caramel drizzle filling & the bottom tier was a white butter'd cake with a strawberry filling with fresh berries & also a white chocolate mousse filling. The little 'smash cake' was a white butter'd cake with vanilla butter cream filling & we gave the birthday boy a Mickey Mouse figurine with a marbelized #1 & mini cupcake keepsake made from sugar mediums to remember his special day.
